IBS Television Liberty is a non-commercial, international and multi-national media network co-operation founded in Germany in 1986 and in England in 1986 of IBS Independent Broadcasting Service Liberty (Leeds), IBS Independent Broadcasting Service London, Radio IBS Liberty Leeds, Radio IBS Liberty London.
The founder is journalist Andreas Klamm Sabaot, which is working as journalist, broadcast journalist, author, editor, presenter and independent radio and film producer since 1984.
The aim is to provide independent television and radio programs, news and information for the purpose of education and international understanding for FREE or inexpensive as possible to everyone which want to get a different perspective and other view from issues in this world.
The media network supports projects with the aim to support international understanding and disabled journalist and media producers.

Das Ziel ist es unabhängige, freie Fernseh- und Radio-Programme, Nachrichten und Informationen zum Zwecke von Bildung, Ausbildung und internationale Völkerverständigung FREI oder so kostengünstig wie möglich für jeden Menschen anzubieten, der eine andere Sichtweise, Perspektiven und Ansichten zu Themen in dieser Welt wünscht.
Das Medien-Netzwerk fördert die international Völkerverständigung seit 1986 und zudem behinderte Journalisten und Medien-Produzenten.
